Trade Mirror is in development. This initial notice covers the public landing page and its planned email waitlist. Waitlist registration is disabled by default. The operator must review and complete this notice before enabling registration.
What this page collects
The waitlist form asks only for your email address so we can send you development updates and early-access news. It does not ask for broker credentials, account numbers, payment details, or trading history. Do not enter those details in the form.
With the default configuration, the form does not send your email address anywhere. The site does not store waitlist email addresses on your device.
Calculator and demo data
The consistency calculator processes the values you enter in your browser. The app demo uses simulated account data. Neither tool connects to a broker, sends these values to a server, or saves them between visits.
When waitlist registration opens
Submitting the form will send your email address over HTTPS to the configured registration service. The page will show either confirmation that you have joined the waitlist or a request to check your inbox and confirm your email address. If a network error occurs, the service may have received your request even if you do not see a confirmation.
Before registration opens, the operator must publish the data controller’s identity and contact details, the email provider, the relevant processing locations, the applicable legal basis, and the retention period. The operator must also provide a way to unsubscribe and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Any applicable international data transfer arrangements must also be explained.
Cookies and analytics
The landing page does not include analytics, advertising scripts, or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver the site. Details of the hosting provider’s data processing and retention must be added to this notice once a provider is selected.
Security and trading data
The landing page does not connect to trading accounts. Credential storage and account data security for the future service are still being developed. These safeguards must be verified before launch. This notice does not guarantee the security of a service that has not launched.
Your choices
Joining the waitlist is optional. It does not create a trading account or guarantee access. Once registration opens, the operator must include an unsubscribe option in update emails and publish a contact channel for privacy requests. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), applicable data protection law may also give you the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Before launch
This notice must be updated once the service, operator, registration provider, and hosting arrangements are confirmed. Registration must remain disabled until these details and the relevant privacy processes are in place.
